(Order of the Court was made by D. KRISHNAKUMAR, J.) Prayer in this Writ Petition is to direct the respondents to form a separate / special Dharshan, permanent queue for senior citizen, pregnant ladies, physically challenged person and the persons who are having child and those with children 5 years of age to provide basic amenities, drinking water, mobile toilet and ambulance service to the devotees in Sri Arulmigu Karpagavinayagar Temple, Pillayarpatti, Thirupathur Taluk, Sivagangai District by considering the petitioner's representation dated 14.12.2023. 2.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the sixth respondent would submit that the grievance of the petitioner has already been redressed by the trustees and the trustees have also already taken a decision to make necessary arrangements for separate queue to the senior citizens, pregnant ladies, physically challenged person and woman, who are having kids and also providing basic amenities. The aforesaid arrangements are being continued during all the festival days including New year. 3/6
