ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by DR.ANITA SUMANTH, J.) The prayer is for a mandamus directing the respondents to remove the encroachments put up by the encroachers by way of shop in Survey No.114 of adjacent public main Road of Puthanatham-Kalupatti and Survey No.175 at Elamanam village, Manapparai Taluk, Trichy District.
2.Mr.Thilakkumar, learned Government Pleader, who appears for the respondents states that survey has been conducted and 32 encroachers were detected. Action is stated to be ongoing for removal of encroachments.
3.Since the grievance of the petitioner stands assuaged by the initiation of action, which we direct the respondent to continue and take 2/4
