[Order of the Court was made by D.KRISHNAKUMAR, J.] The prayer in this writ petition is for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 to remove the encroachment made by the 4th respondent on the cart track in Survey Number 2223/1, situated at Melacudalore Village, Uthamapalayam Taluk, Theni District, based on the petitioner's representation dated on 16.06.2023.

2. Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 3 made an objection to the Writ Petition by stating that the aforesaid alleged car tract land is vested with the Gudalur Municipality and the said Municipality is not made a party to the Writ Petition.

3. At this time, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to make a representation to the Gudalur Municipality.

4. In view of the prayer now sought for, the Writ Petition is dismissed with such liberty. No costs.
