2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.Side) would submit that brother of the petitioner is involved in three previous cases, among which, one is under NDPS Act cases. He is now absconding. To know the whereabouts of the accused only, they made a visit to the petitioner's residence. Except that there is no harassment here.

3. Per contra, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that they have lost the contact with his brother some months back. They have no touch with his brother.

4. If any specific information is required to assess the whereabouts of the accused, let summon be issued to the petitioner by the second respondent herein and enquiry be undertaken on that line.

5. With the above said direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
