ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking a direction to the learned Subordinate Judge, Valliyoor, to expedite the trial and dispose of the suit in O.S.No.08 of 2021 within a time frame fixed by this Court. 2.This Court, vide order dated 02.12.2025, had ordered notice to the respondents and called for year wise pendency report of the pending suits from the learned Subordinate Judge, Valliyoor. 3.As per Office report dated 17.12.2025, notice sent to the respondents 1 and 3 has been returned with an endorsement 'left' and 'insufficient address' respectively. Though notice has been served upon the second respondent, when the matter is taken up for hearing today, neither the second respondent nor any counsel representing the second respondent appear before this Court. Further, in compliance of the order, dated 02.12.2025, the learned Subordinate Judge, Valliyoor, had filed the year wise pendency report of the pending suits, dated 08.12.2025, which would reflect that 56 suits filed in the year 2021 are pending. 2/4

4.Considering the fact that the suit has been filed as early as in the year 2021 and 56 suits filed in the year 2021 are also pending before the trial Court, there shall be a direction to the learned Subordinate Judge, Valliyoor, to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.08 of 2021 as expeditiously as possible.

5.With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
