This writ petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st and 2nd respondents to remove the petitioner's name from the History Sheet in H.S.No.150 of 2006 on the file of the 3rd respondent, based on the petitioner's representation, dated 02.08.2023 with a stipulated time frame fixed by this Court.

2. Mr.R.M.Anbunithi, learned Additional Public Prosecutor takes notice for the respondents. By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that the writ petitioner's representation will be considered in the next meeting scheduled to be held in this month.

4. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the committee is directed to consider the writ petitioner's representation and pass orders in accordance with law in the next meeting scheduled in this month (I.e) December' 2023. 2/4

5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No cost.
