Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the registering authorities.

2. Issuance of notice to the private respondents is dispensed with.

3. The writ petitioner had purchased the petition-mentioned property in the year 1999. The writ petitioner's 2/4

3 W.P.(MD)NO.29668 OF 2025 vendor had executed power of attorney in the year 05.10.1995 based on which the power agent had executed the sale deed dated 20.10.1995 at Parasala. The case of the writ petitioner is that the survey number mentioned in the sale deed executed by the power agent is different from the survey number mentioned in the power of attorney.

4. It is admitted by the writ petitioner that the 18th respondent who is the subsequent purchaser already filed O.S.No.50 of 2025 on the file of the Principal District Munsif Court, Madurai. The writ petitioner can canvass all his contentions in the pending civil suit. Granting such liberty to the petitioner, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
