By relying on Will bearing Document No.49 of 2006, dated 30.10.2006, the petitioner had applied for issuance of patta in respect of 2352 square meters in Survey No.261/30.
2. Learned Government Advocate accepts notice for all the respondents. On the basis of written instructions, he states that 1011 square metres in Survey No.261/30 was conveyed to one Ponnudurai under Document No.1278 of 1960. He also submits that the land is classified in the revenue records as 'Natham Sarkar Poramboke vacant land'. He also points out that the petitioner has put up a construction in the last one year. He submits that an order would be issued within three months after issuing notice to the petitioner and to Ponnudurai. 2/4

In these circumstances, without making any observations on the merits, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the Tahsildar to pass orders on the petitioner's representations within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after providing a reasonable opportunity to the petitioner and any other person interested in the property. No costs.
