O R D E R This petition has been filed seeking direction to the 1st respondent to direct the 2nd respondent to give adequate police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner and his family members and for the enjoyment of his properties by considering the petitioner's complaint dated 01.12.2023.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, enquiry is undertaken. During the course of enquiry, there is no co-operation on the side of both the parties. They were advised to produce the documents.

3.Let the petitioner appear before the second respondent on 12.01.2024 and produce the relevant documents. The second respondent summoning the third respondent, make the enquiry on that issue. Depending upon the outcome of the enquiry further action shall be taken by the respondent police or by the aggrieved parties. If the petitioner is not appeared before the second respondent on 12.01.2024, the above said representation shall be closed.

4.With the above said directions, this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
