Respondents PRAYER :- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd and 4th respondents to issue patta in favour of the petitioner by cancelling the wrong patta of the 7th respondent, after having rectified the errors happened while sub-dividing the lands of the 7th respondent, comprising in Survey No.1084, consisting of 1.25 acres of punja land belonged to the petitioner which was inadvertently included into the property of the 7th respondent and to that effect issued wrong patta in favour of the 7th respondent by the 4th respondent, the property situated at Manoor village, Palani Taluk, Dindigul District on the basis of the petitioner. The writ petition has been filed for a direction to the 2nd and 4th respondents to issue patta in favour of the petitioner by cancelling the wrong patta of the 7th respondent, after having rectified the errors happened while sub-dividing the lands of the 7th respondent, comprising 2/5

in Survey No.1084, consisting of 1.25 acres of punja land belonged to the petitioner which was inadvertently included into the property of the 7th respondent and to that effect issued wrong patta in favour of the 7th respondent by the 4th respondent, the property situated at Manoor village, Palani Taluk, Dindigul District on the basis of the petitioner.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that already patta has been granted in favour of the petitioner.
