ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner dated, 17.09.2025 passed in Crl OP.(MD). No.14291 of 2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and the charge sheet has also been laid before the Court concerned.

4. Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this Court dated, 17.09.2025 passed in Crl OP.(MD). No.14291 of 2025, is relaxed and the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. Accordingly, this Criminal 2/4
