PETITION FOR RELAXATION Under Section 528 of BNSS PRAYER :- To relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD). No.11432 of 2025 dated 14.08.20255.

ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in CRL.OP.(MD)No.11432 of 2025 dated 14.08.20255.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions for nearly 12 days.

4. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner is complying with the condition for 12 days, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed against the petitioner in CRL.OP(MD)No. 2/4

11432 of 2025 on 14.08.20255. Accordingly, the condition imposed against the petitioner in CRL.OP.(MD)No.11432 of 2025 on 14.08.20255 is modified to the effect that ''the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in a month i.e., on every 1st day of English Calender Month at about 10.30 a.m., until further orders.''
