This Writ Petition is filed in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, directing the 3rd respondent under the supervision of Respondents No.1 and 2 to take necessary action against the respondent Nos.4 to 6 on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 17.05.2023 and 13.12.2023 within time stipulated as fixed by this Court.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the complaint given by the petitioner is under consideration.

3. Considering the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, let the above said enquiry be concluded, by summoning the petitioner as well as the counter parties, within a week from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 2/4

4. With the above said direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
