Heard both sides.

2. The petitioner had earlier filed W.P.(MD)No.28683 of 2023. The said writ petition was disposed of on 06.12.2023 in the following terms:- " Heard both sides.

2.The petitioner completed SSLC in the year 2004 in the second respondent School. His grievance is that in the mark sheet and in the Transfer Certificate, his name has been wrongly spelt and his date of birth was wrongly mentioned. Seeking correction, he has given a representation. 3.The second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry. After satisfying himself, he shall forward the same to the third respondent through the first respondent. The third respondent shall make the corrections as sought for by the petitioner. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. If the petitioner obtains revised mark statement from the Director of School Education, then the first respondent is directed to make consequential changes in the mark statement of the petitioner. Likewise, the second respondent shall also make consequential changes and issue revised transfer certificate. This writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
