ORDER

This petitioner has filed this Petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to provide necessary police permission and protection to conduct 118th Year of Devar Jeyanthi Function with normal loud speaker to be held on 29.10.2025 and 30.10.2025 between 10.00 A.M. to 6.00 P.M at Keelatheru Maravar Uravin Murai Mandapam, Nerkuppai, Sivagangai District based on his representation dated 09.10.2025.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that the petitioner's representation was considered and rejected and the same was communicated to the petitioner.

3. In view of the same, this Writ Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the rejection of his representation, if so advised. No Costs.
