2. The Commissioner, Kayalpattinam Municipality was directed to dispose of the writ petitioner's representation.

3. The said direction has been complied with. The Commissioner, Kayalpattinam Municipality has informed the petitioner that since the petitioner has already filed O.S.No.97 of 2024 against the opposite party, the local body is ready to take action based on the outcome of the civil proceedings.

4. Recording the stand of the local body, the contempt petition is closed.
