Since the impugned order is appealable in terms of Section 17 of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act [SARFAESI], let the petitioner challenge the impugned order by way of statutory appeal. This writ petition is dismissed with liberty. If appeal is filed within a period of two weeks from today (16.10.2025), it shall be taken on account without reference to limitation but ensuring compliance with all other statutory pre conditions. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
