Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for respondents 1 to 3.

document registered from the year 2008 onwards. The petitioner is obviously invoking Section 77-A of the Registration Act. The second respondent shall keep the petitioner's petition pending. Based on the decision to be rendered by the Hon'ble Division Bench, he will take the call.

3. The Writ Petition is disposed of, accordingly. No costs.
