After submitting a representation/appeal before the Revenue Divisional Officer for cancellation of patta No.1690 in the name of one Sarala, the present Writ Petition has been filed.

2. Learned Government Advocate accepts notice for all the respondents. He submits that the second respondent would consider the petitioner's representation and pass orders on merits after providing a reasonable opportunity to the petitioner and the pattadar.

3. In view of the nature of relief claimed, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the second respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation on merits after providing a reasonable opportunity to the petitioner and the pattadar. A speaking order shall be issued within three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
