The present Criminal Revision Case has been filed with the following prayer:

"to call for the records relating to the order dated 24.07.2025 in Crl.MP.No.1064 of 2025 in Crime No.220 of 2025 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Kovilpatti, and to set aside the same and consequently to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Kovilpatti, to return the vehicle Toyota Etios Car bearing TN-63BZ-3685 to the petitioner herein." 2.Mr.M.Prabu, learned Counsel for the Revision Petitioner, on the instructions of his client, submits that he do not want to press this Criminal Revision Case and that he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Criminal Revision Case. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3.Mr.A.S.Abul Kalam Azad, learned Government Advocate for the respondent has no objection to the prayer made by the learned Counsel for the Revision Petitioner.

4.Accordingly, in view of the submission of the learned Counsel for the Revision Petitioner, this Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as withdrawn. The file is consigned to record.
