2. This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 31 days in filing the Writ Appeal. However, it was erroneously mentioned as "to condone the delay of 31 days in representing the Writ Appeal." This Court, by order dated 25.11.2025, allowed the said petition.

3. In view of the above, the order dated 25.11.2025 allowing the petition is recalled. Accordingly, notice shall be issued to the respondents, returnable by 27.04.2026. Private notice is also permitted.
