PRAYER:- Writ Petition - filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent Nos. 1 to 6 to remove the encroachment made by the 7th respondent in Survey No.109 and Survey No.77 at Aalantha Village, Srivaikundam Taluk, Thoothukudi District based on the petitioner's representation dated 02.05.2025 within a time frame fixed by this Court. The present writ petition is filed for a mandamus directing R1 to R6 to remove the encroachment made by R7 in Survey No.109 and 77 at Aalantha Village, Srivaikundam Taluk, Thoothukudi District. 2.Mr.Thilakkumar, learned Government Pleader for R1 to R5, circulates the proceedings in Na.Ka.No.A5/406/2023 dated 07.11.2025 stating that the encroachment has been removed. The petitioner is satisfied with this.
