By relying on a rectification deed dated 22.09.1999 and the FMB sketch in relation to the survey No.1589/5A, the petitioner had applied for rectification of the alleged error in patta No.1820 in respect of the extent mentioned therein. The present Writ Petition relates thereto.

2. Learned Government Advocate accepts notice on behalf of all the respondents. He submits that the petitioner's appeal would be disposed of by the second respondent within two (2) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. Accordingly, without making any observations on the merits, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the second respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's request for rectification of patta No.1820 within two (2) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after providing a reasonable opportunity to the petitioner.
