ORDER

The petitioner seeks issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 19.09.2025 submitted for changing the electricity service connection given in the name of the third respondent to the petitioner's name in respect of the temple known as Sriman Narayanaswami Temple (Ayya Kovil), situated at Senkalakurichi Village, Thirukkurunkudi, Tirunelveli District.

2. It is seen that, in this regard, the second respondent has already communicated the order passed on the representation to the petitioner vide their letter dated 01.08.2025. Without challenging the order granting connection in the name of the temple dated 25.07.2025, the petitioner has filed the present writ petition seeking issuance of Mandamus.

3. In view of the same, this Court is not inclined to entertain the writ petition. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed. No costs. 16.10.2025 NCC : Yes/No Index : Yes/No Internet:Yes skn 2/4
