By this Writ Petition, the petitioner seeks the consideration of the objections dated 14.06.2025 and 07.08.2025 in relation to the survey requested for by the fifth respondent.

2. Learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice on behalf of respondents 1 to 4. By referring to the petitioner's representation, he points out that the survey was concluded.

3. In these circumstances, the relief requested for in this Writ Petition cannot be granted. Therefore, this Writ Petition is disposed of by leaving it open to the petitioner to file an appeal before the Assistant 2/4

Director of Survey if aggrieved by such survey conducted at the instance of the fifth respondent. No costs.
