After submitting a representation dated 24.10.2024 before the Revenue Divisional Officer seeking cancellation of the patta issued to the fourth respondent, the petitioner seeks early disposal of such representation.

3. Learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice on behalf of respondents 1 to 3. By referring to the petitioner's representation, he points out that the patta was issued on the basis of several conveyances which are referred to therein. Therefore, he submits that the petitioner should approach the competent civil Court if aggrieved by such conveyances. Without prejudice, he submits that the second respondent would consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation on merits.

3. Upon taking stock of the above submissions, without making any observations on the merits, this Writ Petition is disposed of by 2/4

directing the second respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 17.10.2024 on merits after providing a reasonable opportunity to the petitioner, the fourth respondent and any other person who would be affected by such order within three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
