Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorari calling for the records of the 1st respondent in TNSE No.12 /2000 and quash his order dated 31.01.2004 and pass such further or other orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case and thus render justice.

ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/s.P.Malini, Advocate for M/s.Gopalan and Co., for the Petitioner and of Mr.S.Balasubramanian, Advocate for the 3rd and 4th Respondents and of Mr.D.Sasikumar, Additional Government Pleader for the 1st Respondent this Court made the following order:

"This petition has been filed seeking restoration of the Writ Petition in W.P(MD) No.27310 of 2023, which was dismissed for default on 20.11.2023.

2. According to the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner, the writ petition was initially filed before the Principal Bench of this Court and it was numbered as W.P.No.18693 of 2004 and later it was transferred to Madurai Bench of this Court and re-numbered in W.P(MD) No.27310 of 2023. Therefore, there was some difficulty in following the writ petition. 2/4

3. This Court is convinced the reasons assigned in the application, this Petition stands allowed.

4. Registry is directed to restore the writ petition and list the matter on 30.01.2025 in the "admission caption"
