By relying on a sale deed dated 19.02.2025 and patta No.268 in favour of the petitioner's vendor, the petitioner had applied for a survey of 83 cents in survey No.140/4D. The present Writ Petition relates thereto.

2. Learned Additional Government Pleader accepts notice on behalf of all the respondents. He submits that action would be initiated on the petitioner's application after issuing notice to the joint pattadars.

3. The petitioner has placed on record both title and revenue records evidencing his rights in respect of the property. On instructions, learned counsel for the petitioner confirms that there is no rival title claim.

4. Considering the aforesaid, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the second and third respondents to initiate action on the 2/4

petitioner's application and complete the entire process within three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after issuing notice to the joint pattadars, Krishnamurthy and Undimuthumuthiriyar and the owners of adjoining lands. Objections, if any, shall be considered. No costs.
