This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records pertaining to the C.C.No.354 of 2010 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Theni and quash the same. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the case in C.C.No.354 of 2010 pending on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Theni and the same is posted for cross examination of P.W.1.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioners also wanted to close the petition with some directions.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, particularly considering the year of pendency, this Court directs the learned Judicial Magistrate, Theni to dispose the case in C.C.No.354 of 2010, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
