ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the impugned order/letter of the second respondent dated 29.09.2025, quash the same as illegal, and consequently direct the first respondent to release the petitioner's bonus and other monetary benefits and to take action on the petitioner's representations dated 26.09.2025 and 07.10.2025 within a time frame to be stipulated by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

3. It is informed that the petitioner has already preferred an appeal before the first respondent and has also submitted a representation to the respondents.

4. In view of the same, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the first respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 07.10.2025, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
