2.The grievance of the petitioner is that even though suit was filed in the year 2021 it is not concluded so far. Rs.6,00,000/- money is involved in this matter. Report received from the trial Court shows that the suit was filed by the plaintiff and the first defendant was set exparte on 27.04.2023. In view of the above said development, the request of the petitioner may be considered by the trial Court. 4.Accordingly, this civil revision petition stands disposed of. No costs.
