This case is listed under the caption "For Being Mentioned". 2.This Court has granted anticipatory bail on 15.10.2025. This Court directed to incorporate the conditions in the previous order passed in CRL OP(MD)No.17152 of 2021, dated 16.02.2022, in the present case. 3.However, it is seen from the records that the earlier condition was modified in CRL MP(MD)No.8610 of 2022 in CRL OP(MD)No.17152 of 2021, dated 22.09.2022, wherein it is stated that the condition to the deposit Rs. 50,000/- was deleted.

4.Therefore, in order, dated 15.10.2025, in CRL OP(MD)No.17884 of 2025, in the 6th paragraph the conditions "(c) to (h)" are substituted with the following conditions (c) to (g):

"(c) the petitioners shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.

(d) the petitioner shall not tamper with evidence or witness either during investigation or trial;

CRL OP.(MD)No.17884 of 2025 trial;

(f) on breach of any of the aforesaid conditions, the learned Magistrate/ Trial Court is entitled to take appropriate action against the petitioner in accordance with law as if the conditions have been imposed and the petitioner released on bail by the learned Magistrate/Trial Court himself as laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in P.K.Shaji Vs. State of Kerala [(2005) AIR SCW 5560] and;

(g) if the accused/petitioner thereafter abscond, a fresh FIR can be registered under Section 269 of BNS, 2023." 5.The Registry is directed to carry out necessary corrections and issue fresh order copies to the parties.
