Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for respondents 1 to 3.

2. Issuance of notice to the fourth respondent is dispensed with.

3. The petitioner relies on the proceedings of the second respondent made on 07.03.2019 in Ni.Mu.(A3)1580/18. It is stated that the petitioner wants to enforce the same.

4. The third respondent is directed to issue notice to the fourth respondent. If the order dated 07.03.2019 has not been stayed or set aside, the third respondent will enforce the same. This exercise shall be completed within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This writ petition stands disposed of accordingly.
