ORDER

This petitioner has filed this Petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the second respondents to take necessary action on the petitioner's complaint dated 29.07.2025.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that based on the petitioner's complaint, an enquiry was conducted and the same was closed.

3. Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition stands closed. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the action of the respondents, it is open to him to seek appropriate remedy in the manner known law. There shall be no order as to costs.
