Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader for R1 & R2.

2. The petitioner is permitted to re-present the document in question subject to the petitioner fulfilling the requirements set out in the second proviso to Rule 55A of the Registration Rules. The document will be registered and ofcourse, subject to fulfilment of the other usual formalities. The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
