Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.SATHYA CHIDAMBARAM.S, Advocate for the petitioners and of MR.P.KOTTAICHAMY, Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to grant extension the time of the operation of the order in Crl.O.P(MD). No.12384 of 2023 dated 12.07.2023. 1/3

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners seek time to comply the condition imposed upon the petitioners. Due to health condition of the petitioners, they are unable to execute sureties with in the stipulated time as per the order of Crl.O.P(MD). No.12384 of 2023 dated 12.07.2023.

3. In view of the same, time granted by this Court, vide order dated 12.07.2023 is extended finally for a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, failing which, the anticipatory bail already granted to the petitioners shall stand automatically vacated.
