2.Today(22.11.2024), when this contempt petition is taken up for hearing, it is reported by the learned Additional Advocate General, assisted by the learned Special Government Pleader that as against the order passed by this Court in WP(MD) No.20595 of 2023, dated 22.09.2023, writ appeal has been filed before the Honourable Division Bench of this Court in WA(MD) No. 483 of 2024, wherein, an order of interim stay has been granted on in CMP(MD) No.3901 of 2024 in WA(MD) No.483 of 2024, dated 29.10.2024.
