PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, to direct the 2nd respondent police not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry without due process of law. 2.When the matter is taken for hearing the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that it is a business transaction between the parties. On the basis of the complaint given by the third respondent enquiry is undertaken. During the course of enquiry, both the parties appeared and given an undertaking that they will workout their remedy through appropriate civil proceedings. On the basis of the undertaking given by the parties, the complaint was closed. Therefore, nothing survives for further consideration in this case. 3.In view of the submissions of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this criminal original petition stands dismissed as infructuous.
