The petitioner has approached this Court, seeking speedy disposal of his protest application, which is pending in Crl.MP.No.1952 of 2023 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court, Tiruchendur. 2.Today(15.07.2024), when this Criminal Original Petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submits that the petitioner has filed a protest petition in Cr.MP.No.1952 of 2023, as against the final report filed by the respondent police in Crime No.255 of 2014, on the file of the Kulasekarapattinam Police Station and the same is disposed of by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, by order dated 24.05.2024. A copy of the order is also placed before this Court.
