3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the total amount involved in this case is Rs.19,00,00,000/- and even today, several complaints are receiving against the petitioners from various persons, who lost the money. 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the 7/8
