[Judgment of the Court by K.RAVICHANDRABAABU, J.] When the matter was listed on 21.06.2018, the learned counsel for the appellant submitted that he is not having any instruction from the appellant and that he has also returned the bundle to the party. Hence, Registry was directed to print the name of the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

appellant also along with the name of their counsel and post the matter today (i.e.28.06.2018) under the caption "For Dismissal". Accordingly, the matter is listed today under the caption "For Dismissal" by printing the name of the appellant as well as their counsel.

2. Today, when the matter was called, the learned counsel for the appellant submitted that he is withdrawing the vakalat. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. None appears for the appellant, even though their name is printed in the cause-list. Hence, the writ appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
