2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions for nearly 24 days and the petitioner has 11 previous cases against him.

4. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner is complying with the condition for 24 days, this court is inclined to modify the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.12303/2025 in Crl.OP.(MD).No.9381/2025 dated 16.09.2025 . https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

Accordingly, the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD).No. 12303/2025 in Crl.OP.(MD).No.9381/2025 dated 16.09.2025 is modified as ''the petitioner shall report before the Pollatchi East Police Station, Coimbatore, at 10.30 a.m., once in a week and also, as and when required for interrogation.'' 17-10-2025 Tmg To 1.The Inspector of Police, Devakottai Taluk Police Station, Sivagangai District.
