This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent herein not to harass the petitioner and her family members on the guise of enquiry except in accordance with law.

2. When the matter came up for hearing today, there is no representation for the Petitioner. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that the Petitioner is alleged to have mislead and cheated the 3rd Respondent by selling the property belonging to one Arumugam as though she is the daughter of said Arumugam, the property is worth about Rupees Two Crores. She had created false document and had executed a sale deed in favour of the Complainant / third Respondent, on 27.04.2023. Therefore, this Case registered.

3. In the light of the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the Petitioner is directed to appear before the Respondent Police on summons. As per the reported ruling of the Honourable Supreme Court of India in Arnesh Kumar Vs. State of Bihar 2/4

and another [2014 (8) SCC 273], the Respondent Police are directed not to harass the Petitioner.

4. With the above directions, this Petition is disposed of accordingly.
