For petitioner : Mr.V.Selvakumar For Respondents : Mr.R.M.Anbunithi, for R1 to R4 Additional Public Prosecutor O RDER This petition has been filed seeking direction to the 2nd respondent to comply the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Peravurani in Cr.M.P.NO.206 of 2022, dated 01.09.2022.

2.By the order dated 01.09.2022, in Cr.M.P.No.206 of 2022, the learned Judicial Magistrate, Peravurani, directed the respondent police to enquire the complaint dated 15.07.2022 given by the petitioner and file a report on or before 02.09.2022. But, the same was not complied by the respondent police. Hence, the petition.

3.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that after enquiry, the above said complaint lodged by the petitioner was closed on 07.11.2023.

4. Let the closure report be served upon the petitioner so as to 2/4
