C-60. To order to relax the condition no. 4, petitioner shall appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Devakottai once in a week i.e., every Monday at 10.30 am until further orders imposed on the petitioner Crl.MP.(MD)No.10874 of 2025 dated 19.08.2025, on the file of this Court.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.MP.(MD)No. 10874 of 2025 dated 19.08.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has 5 previous cases against him. Further, the investigation is pending.

4. Taking into consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case, this court is inclined to modify the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.MP. (MD)No. 10874 of 2025 dated 19.08.2025.
