3. Both the petitioner and the defacto complainant are resident of Chennai, however, the complaint of the petitioner is in Trichy. The defacto complainant appeared before the Investigating Officer and stated that the present petition may be closed. However, the petitioner would prefer to file a complaint within the jurisdiction of Chennai.
