To relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.OP(MD) No. 14602/2025 dated 16.09.2025 that the petitioner shall report before the Cantonment Police Station, Trichy daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP(MD) No.14602/2025 dated 16.09.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions for nearly 20 days. Further, the investigation is pending.

4. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner is complying with the condition for 20 days, this court is inclined to modify the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.OP(MD) No.14602/2025 dated 16.09.2025. Accordingly, the https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
