ORDER

The above petition has been filed seeking orders to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.A.(MD)No.881 of 2025 dated 12.09.2025.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are complying with the condition from 19.09.2025 till today.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the petitioners have not appeared for 5 days (from 11.10.2025 to 15.10.2025). He would further submit that after completing the investigation, charge sheet came to be filed before the Special Court for the exclusive trial of SC/ST (POA) Act cases, Pudukkottai and the case was taken on file in Spl.S.C.No.47 of 2025.

5. Considering the above, the condition No.16(b) imposed on the petitioners in Crl.A.(MD)No.881 of 2025, dated 12.09.2025 is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear and sign before the trial Court at 10.30 a.m. on first and third Monday of every month until further orders. All other conditions in the said order shall remain unaltered.

6. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
