ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed to allow this Civil revision directing the learned Additional District Munsif , Madurai Town to set aside the order dated 13.12.2023 and to number the unnumbered I.A.No. (A)1 1997 of 2023 in RLTOP No.65 of 2019.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that eventhough a re-presentation has been filed by the petitioner over the correction sought by the learned Additional District Munsif, Madurai Town, dated 17.11.2023, without considering the above said re-submission, again it came to be rejected by the learned Additional District Munsif, Madurai Town, repeating the very same grounds. On that ground, this Civil Revision Petition has been filed.

3. In view of the above submission, there shall be a direction to the learned Additional District Munsif, Madurai, to entertain the petition on judicial side and decide the same on its own merits. If the learned Additional District Munsif, Madurai, wants any clarification from the 2/4

petitioner, that can be taken on the judicial side. Let the petition be represented by the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and the same shall be considered within a period of two weeks thereafter.

4. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition stands closed.
