C-60. To relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P. (MD). NO. 13999/2025 dt. 02.09.2025 that the petitioner shall stay at Villupuram and report before the Inspector of Police, Villupuram Town Police Station, daily at 10.30a.m.

ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD). NO. 13999/2025 dt. 02.09.2025 .

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.

4. Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.OP(MD).No.14122 of 2025 dated 08.09.2025, is relaxed and the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
